Overview
You will join the Office Incentive Systems, supporting the team, working in a consultancy, oriented manner in managing various remuneration related topics and projects simultaneously
What you’ll be doing
- Support to the Remuneration Committee
- Definition of the Remuneration Policies at Group and Company levels
- Design of specific incentive systems at Group and Company levels
- Support in compliance and audit processes
Who we’re looking for
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Regulation on Compensation in Banking and Financial Services businesses (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP_IVASS, MIFiD, AIFMD, UCITIS V)
- Knowledge of short term incentive system
- Knowledge of long term equity based system
- Strong written presentation skills (both Word and PowerPoint)
- Performance measurement skills
- Analytical skills (Excel; Access)
- Previous experience in a Compensation team in a financial services Company
- 5-10 years of experience
