Overview
As a Sales Business Developer at DNV, you drive the growth of our data-driven digital solutions for renewable energy across Italy. You will identify opportunities, qualify leads, and build lasting partnerships while translating complex tech into clear value propositions. You work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the full sales lifecycle and align offerings with customer needs. This role sits at the intersection of energy transition and digital innovation, offering impact through expanding our presence in solar, wind, and storage markets.

Responsabilità Develop and execute sales strategies for pipeline, lead generation, negotiations, and order intake in Italy
Identify potential customers and establish new partnerships, explaining technical features and value of GPM solutions including advanced analytics




Build and nurture trusted relationships with current and new customers for long-term partnerships
Translate customer technical specs into techno-commercial proposals aligned with operational and financial requirements
Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver projects and commitments
Represent DDS at industry events focused on solar, wind, and storage in the region
Provide market insights to HQ on dynamics, demands, and regional specifics
Report to Europe Regional Manager and collaborate on market development plans and annual sales targets
Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor's degree in a technical field
5+ years in a commercial/sales role within renewable energy, energy, power, or industrial automation
Proven track record driving full sales lifecycle with a focus on business development and lead generation
Strong professional network across Italy and southern Europe
Excellent pitching skills to convey value propositions
