Position
La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita con tempo determinato all’interno del team Customer Marketing & Communication, nella Direzione Chief Marketing & Communication Officer e contribuirà alla gestione della comunicazione rivolta a clienti sui diversi touch point digitali della Banca, curando contenuti, customer journey e collaborando con le diverse strutture aziendali coinvolte nei progetti di comunicazione e marketing.
Principali Attività
- Sviluppare contenuti, copy e messaggi rivolti alla clientela per i diversi touch point digitali, in funzione degli obiettivi di marketing e dei target di riferimento, assicurando coerenza di linguaggio e tone of voice.
- Contribuire alla realizzazione di campagne di comunicazione, retention e fidelizz
