Your new role

As a Clinical Trial Administrator, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth conduct of clinical trials in compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.

You will support the local study team across all phases of trial preparation, execution and close-out, including documentmanagement, trial tracking, and coordination of study activities tomaintainhigh-quality trial delivery.



As part of the Business Operational Unit,the CTAalsomanagesvendors andprovidessmoothpaymentsprocess.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operational Support: Provide operational and administrative support across all phases of clinical trials
- Manage Trial Documentation and Compliance: Support set-up and maintenance of electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), including Investigator Trial Master File (iTMF)
- Study Start-up Support: Support documentation preparation and submission
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Ensure cross-functional engagement and collaboration to support smooth clinical trial execution
- Quality Oversight: Support high-quality execution of trials and maintenance of inspection readiness
- Vendor management: Establish and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders related to vendor management
- Payment Execution: Timely execution of clinical trial site payments, including tracking and monitoring of payments
