Speed, responsiveness, simplicity, and pragmatism are at the heart of everything we do. Business Unit's Presentation The Business Developer reports to the Segment Manager for the countries, and works in close collaboration with other team members in sales, marketing, legal, product management,
front- and back office and business controlling. The actions of the Business Developer are guided by a commercial strategy and objectives for the segments. The targets are set annually and reviewed quarterly. The role reports weekly and monthly on progress towards the targets.
Main Responsibilities
Selling a range of products, services and solutions to clients in the South Europe. He/she will focus on developing Lynxeo position on the Energy Transition & Shipbuilding segments. He/she represents Lynxeo at A, B and targeted C customers and prospects in the field by executing the commercial action plan to maximise sales/commercial margin, in coherence with the pricing strategy defined for the segment.
He/she is responsible for the full sales process, from prospecting to the elaboration of commercial proposals, and from order management to cash collection.
