As part of an international organization, Hantech Medical Italy works closely with global customers and technical teams in both Italy and China . About the Role
We are looking for a Project Engineer to support and coordinate customer projects from project initiation through implementation and completion. The Project Engineer will act as a key link between customers and our Italian manufacturing site , coordinating project requirements, timelines, technical activities and internal teams.



This role is particularly suitable for someone with at least 1 year of experience in Project Management, Engineering, Technical or Manufacturing roles who is interested in developing a career in project management within the medical device industry .
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate customer projects from project initiation to completion . Act as a key contact between customers and internal teams . Coordinate project requirements, timelines, technical updates and customer feedback. Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, R&D; and other internal functions . Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and follow up on actions. Participate in customer meetings and support project management activities. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and project status updates . Support new product introduction and industrialization projects. Coordinate with China-based technical and project teams when required. Occasionally travel to visit cus
