We continue to grow and are looking for a Business Development Manager Italy / Dealer Channel (m/f/d) to join our Sales team.
Role Purpose The Business Development Manager / Dealer Channel responsible for the European dealer channel strategy for our robotic solutions portfolio, covering: Robotic Lawn Mowers sold via garden, forestry,



and professional outdoor dealers Robotic Pool Cleaners sold via specialist pool dealers and service partners This role defines how we build, develop, and professionalize dealer networks, drive sustainable growth, and scale premium robotic technologies across diverse European markets.
Candidates may come from either garden machinery or pool equipment dealer channels — deep expertise in one, with the ability to expand into the other.
Key Responsibilities
European Dealer Channel Strategy Define and execute a multi-country dealer channel strategy for robotic lawn and pool solutions. Adapt go-to-market approaches to different dealer realities, seasonality, and customer journeys. Business Development & Expansion Identify and onboard strategic dealer partners and/or distributor across garden and pool channels. Define expansion priorities by country, region, and channel type. Own pricing architecture, margin models, and commercial terms for dealer channel.
