talents... and that's just the beginning ? Your Mission We’re




building the largest and most efficient fast-charging network in
Italy , and everything begins with finding the best locations . Our
Real Estate Development team identifies and secures high-potential
sites, from shopping centers to parking lots and major retail
chains, to develop the charging stations of tomorrow. As Expansion
Manager ?? , you’ll be on the front line , driving growth by
acquiring new locations and building long-term partnerships with
key stakeholders across the Italian territory. You’ll play a
pivotal role in scaling our presence in the country.. ?‍♀️?‍♂️Your
Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and negotiate real estate
opportunities for Electra’s fast-charging stations across Italy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate owners,
developers, and retail partners. Lead the entire sales cycle, from
prospecting and first contact to deal closing and onboarding.
