Main responsibilities
Partnership Development : Proactively identify, approach, and build strong relationships with strategic partners, affiliates, communities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network.
Business Growth & KPI Achievement : Drive regional performance by improving key commercial metrics related to customer acquisition,



engagement, and overall revenue contribution. Deliver measurable business impact through disciplined execution and performance tracking.
Full BD Process Ownership : Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance. Ensure fast execution and a healthy pipeline.
Client & Partner Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners. Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication.
Market Research & Competitive Insights : Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the

region. Provide actionable insights and identify new partnership opportunities.
