You will serve as a key interface between Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure the product portfolio remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with market needs.You’ll combine technical HVAC knowledge with strong commercial and analytical skills to drive product success and support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor HVAC market trends, customer and channel requirements, regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics. Conduct market sizing, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support product positioning, pricing, profitability, and business decisions.Prepare market reports and recommendations to inform product planning and commercial strategies.Support the management of the residential and commercial air conditioning portfolio, contributing to product roadmaps, specifications, and requirements in collaboration with RD
