About the RoleTo support the continued growth of BYD Italy, we are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Italy HR team.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Employee ManagementManage job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and recruitment processes;Support onboarding, employment documentation, and employee records;Maintain employee information and HR systems;Support performance management and other employee lifecycle activities.2. Employee RelationsHandle daily employee relations matters and employee queries;Support employee-related HR matters;Organize employee activities and support internal communication and team engagement.3. HR Compliance & HQ CoordinationSupport the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with Italian employment regulations;Manage offboarding processes and related HR documentation;Coordinate HR-related matters with BYD Headquarters in China and the European HR team;Prepare HR data, reports,



and documentation required by Headquarters;Support the implementation of global and European HR initiatives in Italy.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment;Good knowledge of Italian employment law and HR practices;Fluency in both Chinese and Italian is mandatory; English is required as a working language;Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills;Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced international environment.What We OfferThe opportunity to join a fast-growing multinational company in the automotive industry.Professional development opportunities within an international environment, with direct interaction with both European and Asian headquarters.A dynamic and innovation-driven workplace, with a strong focus on sustainable mobility.Salary: 36,000 – 46,000 gross annual salary.About BYD GroupFounded in February 1995, BYD Group
