At Proprli , we’re not just transforming real estate management; we’re reimagining how owners, property managers, and tenants collaborate. As we expand into Italy, we’re looking for our very first Customer Success Manager to lay the foundation for our success in this new country. Someone who thrives in a builder role, loves creating structure from scratch, and wants to be part of something big, from day one.
This is your chance to play a key role in launching Proprli in Italy. You’ll work closely with our CEO and collaborate with customer success teams across Europe, while directly supporting Italian clients to get the most out of our platform. It’s a unique, high-impact role for someone who is both strategic and hands‑on.

Your role: shaping success in Italy
You’ll be the trusted partner for our Italian clients, supporting onboarding, training, and long‑term success. With client empathy and a structured mindset, you’ll help users get the most from our Proprli platform.
At the same time, you’ll shape our Italian market approach internally, working closely with our CEO and the wider customer success team across Europe.
This is more than a Customer Success role, it’s a launchpad for impact.
You will:
- Be the first point of contact for Italian clients, guiding them through onboarding, training, and adoption
- Build the Italian Customer Success function from the ground up — processes, playbooks, and support systems, in close collaboration with our head of customer success
- Develop strong client relationships and turn customers into enthusiastic Proprli amba
