We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Time Tracking Senior Consultant to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead requirements and solution-design workshops for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Time Tracking implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
- Translate compensation, time, attendance, and payroll requirements into scalable SuccessFactors configurations aligned with global templates and local business needs.
- Configure Compensation plan templates, worksheets, route maps, eligibility rules, guidelines, budgets, permissions, compensation statements, and approval processes.
