CONTROLLER, CONSOLIDATION & TREASURY MANAGER

Education - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Languages - Fluent in Italian and in English. Other languages are a plus.
Experience - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial controlling and consolidation, including hands‑on treasury responsibilities, ideally within a multinational manufacturing or industrial group.
Compensation – Salary range €65.000 - €75.000 Gross/Year

JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE





We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Controller, Consolidation and Treasury Manager to join our Group Finance team. This pivotal role will oversee financial consolidation, reporting and treasury activities across our subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Group CFO/senior leadership and effective management of Group liquidity and financial risks.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in financial analysis, IFRS, consolidation, cash management and internal controls, combined with a proactive mindset and international experience.

ACTIVITIES
- Coordinate with finance teams across international subsidiaries to gather, validate and analyze financial data.
- Manage the reporting system, ensuring consistency and accuracy across entities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, integrating financial performance, working capital and cash flow projections.
