We are lookingfor a Facility Specialist to join the Facility Management team based at our Rome Headquarters, home to the Creative Offices, Haute Couture operations (Atelier and Showroom), and the Historical Archive.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage facility management activities across the Rome premises (offices, ateliers, showrooms, historical archive, warehouses, etc.), ensuring an appropriate service level for end users and business continuity across all sites. The role requires a constant operational presence,



a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to daily needs, and the ability to balance coordination activities with hands-on operational support, ensuring timely interventions and seamless service continuity.
- Support the management of specific projects and extraordinary maintenance activities.
- Manage the supplier portfolio, including:
- Operational coordination of service providers (cleaning companies, movers, maintenance contractors, security services, etc.);
- Monitoring supplier performance against contractual obligations;
- Controlling costs, timelines, and service levels in line with company guidelines;
- Preparing performance monitoring reports;
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to outsourced services and contracts.
- Conduct regular site inspections across managed properties and prepare related technical reports.
