YOUR ROLEJob DescriptionYou will be part of the Supply Chain Organization, driving cross‑functional collaboration between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Groups in the Sales and Operations plan (S&OP;)



and Long‑Term planning processes.
You will have direct impact on strategic capacity and supply decisions and the opportunity to work on medium‑and long‑term planning topics.
The recruitment is open for Agrate, Castelletto and Rousset sites.
Your main mission is to:
- Balance demand, supply, and inventory to support company objectives.
- Build and maintain a shared company Sales and Operations plan, serving as the baseline for execution.
- Design and model the end‑to‑end supply chain

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze demand and supply across the full value chain, identifying constraints, risks and opportunities to support business and manufacturing decisions.
- Develop S&OP; scenarios and drive actions for improvement.
- Design and model end‑to‑end supply chains in collaboration with Product Groups and Manufacturing, embedding:
- New product ramp‑up strategies
- Product transfers
- Qu
