Position Overview
Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager
Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer
Perimeter: Italy, UK, and Export Markets
Role Purpose
The Trade Marketing Manager owns the trade marketing agenda across all channels and markets, serving as the strategic connector between Sales and Brand/Marketing. This role is responsible for building promotional plans, measuring promotional ROI, and transforming sell-out and category data into compelling commercial arguments for retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing & Promotional Planning: Build, maintain, and execute annual trade marketing plans and promotional calendars by country, channel, and customer, aligned with brand strategies and sales targets.
Promotional ROI & Budgeting: Design promotions as ROI-driven investments. Pre/post-evaluate mechanics and track customer trade spending to avoid
