Vertiv is seeking a Manager / Senior Leader of Manufacturing Process Design to join our team in Tognana, Italy. You will drive the end-to-end integration of NPI with manufacturing constraints, apply Yamazumi and DES to optimize lines, and bridge R&D; with the shop floor.
Lead a team of engineers, oversee DFM/DFA reviews, virtual commissioning, and data‑driven improvements using ERP/BackEnd data. A strong track record in launching high‑volume power electronics globally is essential.
