Role DescriptionThe resource will join the IT Department's Operations team and will be responsible for the following activities:
- Managing, maintaining, and optimizing the on-premise (physical and virtual) and cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
- Designing, implementing, and administering hybrid architectures, enabling integration between on-premise systems and cloud platforms.
- Ensuring proper management of the network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and firewall devices, and implementing perimeter security policies.
- Defining, implementing, and testing backup, disaster recovery,



and business continuity plans to guarantee the resilience of critical systems.
- Collaborating with external vendors for the resolution of complex issues and for the technological evolution of infrastructures.
- Contributing to the definition and optimization of IT infrastructure management processes and creating technical documentation.
- Monitoring system performance, analyzing trends, and proposing innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or STEM disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer).
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong hands-on experience with hybrid architectures, with direct expertise in both on-premise infrastructures and cloud platforms (particularly Microsoft Azure).
- Virtualization: Excellent knowledge of VMware vSphere platforms.
