Ferrero in Pozzuolo Martesana (MI) is seeking an Engineering Graduate to join as Shift Operative Leader on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave in the Production area.

You will lead line activities, coordinate the line team, and ensure optimal use of materials, methods, labor and machinery on the shift.
You will contribute to line startup and downtime handling in collaboration with xbvzest Maintenance, apply resource allocation criteria, and uphold safety standards for food, hygiene and workplace
