What you will be doing:




• Applying structured sales techniques to develop business opportunities with prospective and existing customers
• Proactively analyzing customer needs and requirements and coordinating the development and implementation of suitable solutions
• Working with customers to enhance their understanding and use of FedEx services
• Coordinating and collaborating with other teams across FedEx to deliver a seamless, outstanding experience for our customers
