Influencer & Community Manager

As a Influencer & Community Manager you will have responsibilities on:
• Defining influencer and creator engagement strategies in partnership with Brand and Media Managers.
• Identifying, evaluating, and selecting influencers and creators to support brand objectives.
• Leading the development of creative briefs and campaign guidance for influencers and creators.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, creators, agency partners, and talent representatives.




• Ensuring high-quality content delivery and premium campaign execution across all collaborations.
• Owning end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, content rollout, performance tracking, optimization, and ROI evaluation.
• Engaging with audiences across key social platforms, fostering community engagement and advocacy around brand campaigns and creator content.
• Driving user-generated content (UGC) and advocacy initiatives to amplify consumer voices and strengthen brand communities.
• Monitoring social conversations, community sentiment, competitor activity, and emerging industry trends to identify opportunities and manage potential risks.
• Managing and continuously evolving influencer, creator, and agency databases to support future best-in-class partnerships.
• Leveraging social listening and campaign insights to develop recommendations and advocacy business cases for the assigned scope.
