Job Summary:

The Director, Operations oversees office administration and operational support to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant business operations. This role leads administrative teams, manages facilities and workplace services, improves operational processes, and provides strategic support to executive leadership while fostering a productive, organized, and safe working environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supermicro would like to hire a (Sr.) Director, Operation in Malaysia oversee the FA,



GA and EHS team in SMC MY sites.

• Overseeing the FA, GA and EHS operation in Malaysia site;

• Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching the staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.

• Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance, regular facilities inspections and life-cycle requirements

• Coordinate intra-office moves, allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency

• Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment

• Overseeing and directing all construction projects, including reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

• Overseeing the general affair related, including canteen, cleaning, dormitory and other related;
