Visibily is a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) delivering 24/7 monitoring, threat intelligence, incident response and cyber risk management. We build proprietary AI agents for our own security services and take the same approach with our clients.

The role
A forward deployed engineer works where the problem is, next to the people who have it. This traineeship applies that model to AI transformation: helping client organisations adopt AI agents and automation inside the workflows they already use.

What you will do
• Map client processes and identify where AI and automation can remove effort
• Build working prototypes (agents, scripts, integrations) and iterate on them with users
• Connect prototypes to client systems through APIs and existing platforms
• Define how results are measured and report on what changed
• Support adoption through documentation, training and follow-up
• Contribute to the AI agents used in our own service delivery

What we look for
• Programming ability, Python in particular




• Confidence reading third-party API documentation
• Familiarity with LLMs and with how AI agents are instructed, constrained and evaluated
• Willingness to work directly with non-technical clients
• Hands-on experience with Python and LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI); awareness of privacy and personal data protection

• Location: Rome (Italy), on site
• Duration: 6 months, tempo pieno (40 h/week)
• Start: November 2026
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Languages: Italian and English (C1 or higher)
• Eligibility: Erasmus+ traineeship; EU/EEA residents or candidates who do not require a work visa
