Your Career Opportunity
In this exciting career opportunity, you'll be reporting to the Learner Support Manager, on full-time hours and working from home remotely.
As a Learner Support Specialist,
you'll have a direct impact on supporting Learnlight learners to reach their goals with the best satisfaction possible. Collaborating with our Client Success Management (CSM) and Trainer Management (TM) teams you'll play an essential role in:
• Being the primary point of contact for learners, managing a high volume of enquiries and cases via email, calls, and the Dynamics CRM ticketing system, while providing timely, accurate, empathetic, and solution-focused support from initial contact through to resolution
• Supporting learners throughout their learning journey, helping them stay motivated and achieve their goals by guiding them on learning platforms, tools, resources, and program requirements
• Managing and documenting learner interactions and feedback, maintaining accurate records in Dynamics CRM, acknowledging learner concerns, identifying potential causes of dissatisfaction, and sharing relevant feedback w
