The EIB, the European Union's bank is seeking to recruit for its Human Resources Directorate (HR), HR Business Partnering Division (HRBP) at its headquarters in Luxembourg, an HR Business Partner*.

This is a tempo pieno position at grade 5 for which the EIB offers a permanent contract.

Panel interviews are anticipated for November/December.

Purpose

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive HR advice and services in line with clients’ businesses HR objectives, developing and maintaining relationships with staff and management team, being the link between the assigned directorate(s) and HR and leveraging on knowledge of HR centres of expertise.

In this role, you will advise the assigned Directorate(s) in building organization and people capability, in shaping and implementing HR strategies and HR activities,



and deliver value-added HR services to management and employees, reflecting the business objectives of the Directorate(s). As a HR Business Partner, you will be supporting HR Centres of Expertise providing business context and contributing to HR policies and processes.

Operating Network

You will report to the Head of Division, managing clients’ needs while implementing HR policies and processes, using sound judgment in dealing with sensitive cases, anticipating needs for changes and potential challenges. You will be closely collaborating with all managers of the respective Directorate(s) and will be supporting the management team. As a HR Business Partner, you will proactively manage relationships between HR and the relevant Directorate(s) on people topics and will collaborate closely with counterparts in the Directorate(s).
