Production Planner

The resource will join the Production Team on a fixed-term contract, based in Florence. The successful candidate will work alongside the Production Manager to ensure that agreed-upon deadlines are met. They will establish strong, proactive relationships with all manufacturers—through weekly calls, on-site visits, and regular communication—in order to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring the advancement of production among suppliers (LG, Shoes, Bijoux)
• Planning and advancement of intermediate manufactures
• Interface with Distribution, Customer Service, Merchandising
• Planning and validation of new season and retroplanning
• Monitoring deleted end season
• Planning with production capacity each supplier
• Advancement of Master and TDS suppliers
• Management SAP, Portal, PLM

Profile

Bachelor’s or master’s Degree preferably in Business Engineering or Economics; Data analytic skills; Knowledge SAP and Excel; Aptitude for analytical work, with precision and method,



Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills; 1 or 2 years’ experience in the role in Luxury Goods or similar fields; Working proficiency in Italian and English (knowledge of French is a plus)
