Scope of the role:

Reporting to the Director, Global IT Manufacturing,



Supply Chain & Procurement, this role acts as the functional owner and subject matter expert for Serialization and Track & Trace solutions, overseeing Level 4 serialization platforms and their integration with Level 3 manufacturing and packaging systems. The position is responsible for driving functional enhancements, managing projects and system integrations, resolving business-critical issues, coordinating external vendors, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations, while ensuring operational reliability and regulatory compliance throughout the serialization landscape.
