WHO IS YELLOWSQUARE?

YellowSquare isn't just a place to sleep—it’s a social hub, a cultural destination, and an experience engine for modern travelers, digital nomads, and locals alike. Operating dynamic spaces across Rome, Milan, Florence, and Athens, we combine hospitality with co-working spaces, live music venues, bars, hair salons, cooking classes, and vibrant nightlife. We believe travel is all about curiosity, unpredictability, and real human connection. We don't do boring hotel lobbies; we build vibrant communities where people meet, create, and belong.

We’re looking for someone who knows social media, but also knows what it feels like to travel.

Because to tell YellowSquare, you need to understand the people who live it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll help shape and manage YellowSquare’s social presence, working closely with our Marketing team (graphic designers and a video maker) and with our teams on the ground in Rome, Milan, Florence and Athens.

You will:

• Build and manage our editorial content plan, from ideas to publishing

• Create content for Instagram,



TikTok and other relevant platforms

• Turn what happens inside YellowSquare (people, events, cities, travel stories and random little moments) into content worth sharing

• Write copy in English that actually sounds like something a human would say

• Spot trends without blindly following every trend

• Manage and grow our online community

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, from targeting and budget management to A/B testing and performance analysis

• Monitor organic and paid performance and understand what worked, what didn’t and what we should try next

• Come up with new formats, ideas and experiments. A lot.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You have previous experience managing social media for a brand, project or community, and you’re comfortable owning an editorial calendar independently.

• You understand Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, beyond simply knowing how to post on them. You
