About the role
As a personal trainer at Ydun you'll rely on the most advanced training equipment available to able to deliver the most efficient and effective training sessions for our clients in just 30 min. You will follow up to 3 people training simultaneously ensuring that they are doing performing the exercises well and that we adapt to how the member is feeling that day. It’s also your job to make sure people feel seen, heard and that they have a great experience at Ydun.
With a focus on precision, data-driven insights, and exceptional hospitality, you will help our members achieve their health and fitness goals while delivering a world-class experience.
Occasionally you will assist with running our in-depth health assessments of members with a mix of quantitative testing (strength, cardio, metabolism, balance, and mobility), and qualitative interviews (nutrition, sleep, stress, etc.). Based on this, you will create bespoke health optimisation plans for the individual client and follow them closely from there on.
Key Responsibilities
• Personal Training: Lead high-quality training sessions with up to three members, ensuring every participant receives individualized attention and guidance.
• Data-Driven Coaching: Conduct detailed 1-on-1 assessments using advanced equipment and metrics to assess progress and adjust training programs accordingly.
• Program Design: Create personalized, evidence-based training, nutrition and recovery plans tailored to individual member goals, integrating longevity science and the most up-to-date fitness techniques.
