The Role
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the PM will be responsible for the comprehensive management and development of their assigned product category, working in close collaboration with the Marketing department and key corporate functions.
The successful candidate will play a strategic role in market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and developing the product assortment, with the aim of ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and alignment of the product offering with market needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze the market, trends, and purchasing behaviors related to the specific product category;
• Manage and develop the product portfolio, identifying new business opportunities and potential areas for innovation;
• Identify new products and suppliers in both Italian and international markets;
• Evaluate global and local sourcing opportunities, optimizing supplier performance regarding pricing, service quality, and lead times;
• Collaborate with Marketing on the development and launch of new products, translating commercial needs into concrete proposals;




• Contribute to defining assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies;
• Monitor category performance by analyzing key qualitative and quantitative KPIs;
• Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and partners, including international ones;
• Attend trade fairs, international exhibitions, and industry events to identify new trends, technologies, and opportunities;
• Make a tangible contribution to product innovation by proposing new solutions, products, and market approaches.
Who we are looking for
The candidate must be curious, proactive, and innovation-oriented individual capable of interpreting market trends and transforming new technologies into concrete business development opportunities.
The ideal candidate possesses:
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Specialist, Category Management, or similar roles;
• A background preferably within the cons
