Active in the Italian real estate sector since 1974, COIMA has developed and continues to manage the Porta Nuova neighbourhood, one of Europe's most prestigious urban regeneration projects.

We are currently looking for an Associate in our Fund & Asset Management team.
The successful candidate will work alongside senior investment professionals, taking an active role in the management, value creation and strategic positioning of some of Italy's most significant real estate assets and development projects.

Key responsibilities:
• Preparation of investor reporting, internal governance materials and financial performance analyses, delivering insightful reports, presentations and datasets for investors, Boards of Directors and Investment Committees.
• Develop, maintain and continuously update asset and fund business plans, including scenario analyses and sensitivities, supporting acquisitions,



portfolio management decisions and strategic initiatives throughout the investment lifecycle, in close coordination with the fund manager.
• Manage relationships with tenants and leasing stakeholders, providing financial modelling and business plan impact assessments to support negotiations, renewals and value creation opportunities.
• Partner with development, property management, investment teams and external advisors to monitor project execution, operating performance, approved budgets and key assumptions, supporting business planning and investment decision-making.
• Support internal governance processes through the preparation of reports, presentations and decision-making materials for the Board of Directors and Investment Committee, supported by comprehensive financial analysis, scenario assessment and Excel-based modelling.
• Oversee financing-related activities in collaboration with lenders and internal finance teams
