Virtual Latinos is looking for a Full-Time Digital & Content Marketing Specialist to support one of our growing U.S.-based clients in the marketing technology industry.

This company is an established B2B marketing firm that helps businesses improve their marketing operations, CRM systems, and marketing technology strategies. The firm supports organizations in optimizing their digital marketing processes, strengthening their technology ecosystems, and aligning marketing efforts with broader business goals.

Compensation & Details
Hourly Rate: $11 - $13
? This is a full-time, hourly position paid biweekly through Virtual Latinos.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST with 1 hr lunch break

Hours per Week: 40

Job Summary
The client is seeking a Digital Marketer to support its professional social media presence and broader content marketing efforts. The VA will create and adapt content for LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels while applying SEO and GEO best practices to improve content visibility. The role will also involve planning content in advance,



supporting email marketing initiatives, and using technology to align content with the client’s go-to-market strategy. This position requires a proactive self-starter who can anticipate the client’s needs, communicate what is needed to execute effectively, and stay adaptable as marketing priorities evolve.

? Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage professional social media content primarily for LinkedIn and TikTok, adapting content to each platform while maintaining the client’s brand and messaging.
• Develop YouTube scripts, LinkedIn posts, articles, and other written content based on the client’s marketing strategy and target audience.
• Plan content and marketing activities in advance, maintain content calendars, and proactively communicate upcoming needs, deadlines, and required materials to the client.
