Visibily is a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) delivering 24/7 monitoring, threat intelligence, incident response and cyber risk management to organisations across sectors.
The role
This traineeship supports the recruitment of the technical and managerial profiles Visibily hires: security operations, offensive security, advisory and compliance, project management. You will follow the full process, from the opening of a position to the closing of an offer.
Most of the people we hire are not found through job ads. They are professionals already in a job, who have to be mapped, contacted and engaged one by one. Direct search is the core of the work, and the first thing you will learn.
What you will do
• Map the market, build target lists and contact passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources
• Review applications, run first conversations and prepare candidate summaries
• Schedule interviews and keep the position tracker up to date
• Draft and publish job postings and monitor their performance
• Track pipeline progress and time to fill
What we look for
• Comfort contacting candidates in writing and by phone
• Organisation and accuracy
• Curiosity about technical roles
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel and Google Workspace

• Location: Rome (Italy), on site
• Duration: 6 months, tempo pieno (40 h/week)
• Start: November 2026
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Languages: Italian and English (C1 or higher)
• Eligibility: Erasmus+ traineeship; EU/EEA residents or candidates who do not require a work visa
