Role Description The Expediter is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the progress of vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation for client projects. Day-to-day tasks include tracking orders, reviewing project schedules,
following up with stakeholders, preparing status reports, and identifying potential delays or risks. The role involves collaborating closely with procurement, engineering, logistics, and site teams, as well as maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client requirements. This is a full-time position based in Milan in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Expediter will contribute to continuous improvement of expediting processes and support overall project performance and quality.
Qualifications
• Experience in expediting, supply chain, or procurement coordination, including tracking orders, managing timelines, and liaising with suppliers and contractors.
• Knowledge of project management practices, scheduling tools, and basic logistics principles to monitor progress and identify risks.
