Position Summary:
GA-Alliance is seeking an Attorney (1 year – PQE) to join its Corporate and Finance team, working on domestic and cross-border transactions in the Corporate and M&A; and Banking & Finance practice areas,
for a position as junior associate/associate in the team of Milanese partner Marco Franzini. Previous experience in the corporate and/or finance department of a structured law firm would be an advantage.
As well as possessing excellent academic credentials and legal knowledge, you are business-minded, with a solid grasp of the market and an enthusiasm for meeting the current challenges of the national, European and international market.
Excellent oral and written communication skills will be major assets, enabling you to negotiate effectively and to seamlessly manage the flow of information between practice groups, clients and stakeholders. Regularly working in large, international and multidisciplinary teams, you should also demonstrate a collaborative approach and an ease interacting with a wide range of legal and business professionals.
