Driven by passion for sports and great vision, the Reusch team keeps focusing its strengths on the development of professional winter and goalkeeper gloves. To strengthen our team in Bolzano (IT) we are looking for a PRODUCT DESIGNER.

Bolzano (Bozen) | Full-time | Salary: 26.000 – 32.000 € gross per year

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the team throughout the product development process, contributing to the definition of materials, constructions, details and technical specifications.
• Follow the sampling process together with the team, from the first prototype through to final product approval.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, suppliers and other stakeholders throughout all stages of product development.
• Create sketches and creative designs, both by hand and digitally.
• Turn sketches into digital artworks using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Conduct market and trend research to identify new opportunities, materials, colors, products and creative directions.
• Analyze competitors, collections and price segments,



providing the team with relevant insights for product development.
• Develop new color and material combinations, interpreting current trends while maintaining a consistent brand language.

YOUR PROFILE
• Degree in Product Design or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent command of English.
• Curiosity, initiative and a strong willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A good sense of design, colors, materials and trends.
• Good presentation and communication skills, both visual and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, but above all to collaborate, exchange ideas and work effectively as part of a team.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
