Job Summary
As a Professional Service Staff Consultant, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers,



helping them design and implement secure, scalable, and automated Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM), PKI, and Machine Identity Security solutions.
You will lead customer engagements across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments—from discovery and architecture through implementation, integration, automation, and enablement. Working closely with security, PKI, cloud, DevOps, and engineering teams, you will translate customer requirements into practical solutions that improve security, visibility, governance, and operational efficiency.
You will act as a customer advocate and subject matter expert, collaborating with internal Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering and Global Delivery Teams. The role is primarily consultative and delivery-focused, with an emphasis on solving complex customer challenges and driving successful technical outcomes rather than direct sales.
