Scope and Purpose:
- Monitor performance of the existing transactional products and services of Intesa Sanpaolo Group banks, with focus on commercial and profitability monitoring
- Propose product changes and commercial remediation actions to improve the performance, follow implementation and results




- Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation
- Analyse Banks’ proposals and co-design, co-develop and monitor transactional products and channels in all phases of its lifecycle for banks in Intesa Sanpaolo Group
- Lead and coordinate implementation of transactional products and functionalities in mobile applications, including cards, payments, wallet features and related digital services
