As a key member of the Southern Europe Digital Commerce team, this role will help accelerate Digital Commerce as a core growth pillar across the cluster - not only as a sales channel,
but also as a critical part of the consumer journey with strong influence on offline sales. The role is responsible for maximizing the visibility, discoverability, and conversion of Haleon brands and SKUs across retailer digital shelves in Southern Europe, ensuring our portfolio is easy to find, compelling to engage with, and optimized to convert. Working closely with local markets, customers, marketing, and cross-functional teams, the role will strengthen Haleon's position as a strategic partner for retailers in their digital commerce transformation.
