Job Title: Technical Product Owner – Healthcare IoT & Connected Solutions
Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of connected healthcare solutions, working closely with Solution Architects, engineering, and customer service teams. This role bridges business, clinical operations, and engineering—owning product direction while translating real-world healthcare service needs into scalable, secure, and usable solutions.
Although this position is listed as a UK-based role, we welcome applications from candidates located elsewhere in Europe and will consider suitably qualified applicants across the region.
Key Responsibilities




Own the product roadmap and backlog for healthcare IoT and connected device solutions
Translate customer service workflows and field operations needs into product features and technical requirements
Work closely with Solution Architects to align product vision with system architecture
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teams
Prioritize features based on business value, operational impact, and customer experience
Drive development of solutions supporting device monitoring, diagnostics, remote support, and service automation
Collaborate with customer service, support, and field teams to improve issue resolution and service efficiency
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITECH Act in product design
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
Validate delivered features through UAT, field feedback, and operational metrics
