Pay Range: EUR 450 - 650 Monthly Salary
We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong interest in hospitality and the Food & Beverage sector to join our team as an F&B; Administration Intern.
The intern will primarily support the administrative and organizational side of the F&B; department, working closely with the F&B; Director, while also having the opportunity to collaborate with various operational teams (restaurant, bar, banqueting) when needed.
This is a dynamic, hands-on learning experience that offers a broad view of the F&B; world.
Main Responsability Assist with administrative and organizational tasks within the F&B; department
Help gather and manage internal data and reports
Support communication and coordination between the F&B; office and operational teams
Assist with planning, scheduling, documentation,



and preparation of internal materials
Provide occasional support during operational activities (e.g., events, breakfast service, banqueting)
Requirements Interest in hospitality and Food & Beverage operations and management
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Flexibility, proactivity, and willingness to support different teams when needed
Good knowledge of Italian and English
