Job Overview
Within a team of 26 employees (including 3 based in Asia), you will be dedicated to user support in office and counter settings for the company’s IT equipment. You will ensure incident resolution and optimize tool performance. You will take preventive measures to ensure stable and secure IT applications and infrastructure to avoid potential service interruptions.
Key responsibilities
Your main tasks will include:
- Resolving incidents in Boutique and Office environments,
- Supporting users on business applications (Cegid Y2, ...),
- Supporting users on IT equipment (cash registers, PDAs, multifunction printers, Zebra printers...),
- Providing technical support on projects (deployment of new tools),
- Participation in counter openings: technical, network, etc.
