Global Service Npdi Project Manager

In this role you will lead Global Services NPDI initiatives, driving end-to-end development, service readiness, and global deployment of Vertiv products. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regional service teams to embed service requirements into launches and life-cycle activities. You will manage cross-functional programs across multiple regions, balancing priorities and delivering scalable service capabilities. This is a strategic, execution-focused leadership role with impact on service readiness and deployment success.
- Lead Hardware + Services NPDI and Service-Only NPDI projects from intake to launch and service readiness
- Define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Global Services, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regions




- Ensure alignment with business priorities, service strategy, and deployment requirements
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across Vertiv portfolios
- Drive execution and accountability across geographically distributed teams
- Lead NPDI governance and stage-gate activities, identifying risks and readiness needs
- Coordinate reviews, status updates, and gate readiness assessments
- Develop service readiness plans for new products and services
- Coordinate readiness activities including documentation, procedures, training, tools, spare parts, and regional capabilities
- Partner with NPDI Engineers and regional service teams to close readiness gaps
- Support design
