In this role you provide after-sales and technical support across Panasonic’s refrigeration product range for Europe. You collaborate with Local Sales Offices, offering on-site diagnostics and solutions, and support pre-sales, projects, and key customers. You’ll create a technical library, issue bulletins, and help train service teams. The position blends field work with cross-border coordination to sustain customer satisfaction and product uptime.

Assist in project revisions for special initiatives
Engage with a subset of major customers directly
Create and maintain a general technical library for internal and LSO use
Produce technical bulletins explaining concepts to service teams
Offer help and documentation for training and knowledge
