In this role you shape Nike's integrated retail marketing vision for Italy & Greece, aligning brand priorities with local marketplace opportunities. You'll collaborate across Nike Direct and Partner Retail to translate sport, product, and cultural stories into consumer journeys. You drive seasonal campaigns and retail experiences with cross-functional partners, maintaining premium brand standards. Shape the Italy & Greece Owned & Partner Retail vision for your sport portfolio and connect brand priorities to marketplace opportunities
Support seasonal planning and translate sport, product, athlete, and cultural stories into marketplace priorities and consumer journeys
Activate seasonal campaigns across sporting moments, athlete storytelling and cultural opportunities, tailoring to cities, retail concepts and audiences
Collaborate with EKIN and VM&S; teams to translate strategies into impactful retail experiences across Owned and Partner Retail
Champion Nike Brand Standards across all consumer touchpoints to ensure a premium, consumer-led experience
Build partnerships with Sport Brand, Communications, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, Brand Creative and marketplace teams for aligned delivery
Monitor consumer, sport and retail trends, gather insights, and identify opportunities to inform future planning and activations
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture with curiosity, accountability and problem-solving mindset
Develop deep understanding of sport, consumer and competitive landscape to elevate future plans and executions
Experience in brand marketing, retail marketing or related consumer-facing roles
Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and adapting brand stories to different city and marketplace needs
