For our Milan office, we are looking for a CRM Manager with solid experience in Salesforce and in the operational management of CRM platforms in structured corporate environments. The resource, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications & CRM, will actively contribute to the transformation of the platform from an activity recording tool to a true predictive and relational CRM, supporting the commercial growth of all Business Lines. Monitoring and continuous improvement of CRM data quality, completeness, and reliability
Proactive management of duplicates, obsolete data, and compliance with EMEA data entry guidelines
Operational support and mentoring for key users for effective platform utilization
Design and delivery of training activities and monitoring of adoption KPIs
