As a Senior Process Analyst in KOS PLAN & DELIVERY Europe, you will lead complex planning and logistics improvement initiatives. You will combine supply-chain and logistics expertise, investment and profitability analysis, functional leadership and hands-on implementation to help manufacturing organizations achieve measurable and sustainable results. You will move confidently between strategic planning, detailed logistics process understanding and collaboration with client and operational teams.
About the Role
As a Senior Process Analyst, you will lead continuous-improvement projects, diagnose logistics and planning performance gaps, design and improve Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) processes, evaluate logistics investments, manage or lead logistics and planning teams or projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure sustainable implementation of improvements.
Responsibilities
Lead continuous-improvement projects focused on logistics performance, including OTIF improvement, WIP optimisation and logistics-cost reduction.
Diagnose logistics and planning performance gaps, establish improvement targets and define implementation roadmaps.
Design and improve Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) processes, governance, decision forums and planning routines.
Evaluate the profitability and business impact of logistics investments in hardware and software, including costs, benefits, risks and expected returns.
Manage Logistics and Planning teams, or lead consulting projects in these functional areas.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Production, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics and Finance.
Use planning data and key legacy IT systems to support fact-based decisions, planning reliability and performance management.
Understand and apply the functional use of key IT systems supporting Planning.
Facilitate structured problem solving, workshops, performance reviews and management discussions.
