We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Key responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management –Buildandnurturelong-termrelationshipswithgrowers, smallretailers, andkeystakeholders,actingas atrustedpartnerwhounderstandstheirbusinessneedsandsupportstheirsuccess.
Business Development – Drivegrowthbyidentifyingnewopportunitieswithinexistingaccounts,exploringnewmarketsegments, andexpandingcollaborativepartnershipsacrossthesupplychain.
Sales & Negotiation – Leadcommercialdiscussions,negotiateagreements, andsecuremutuallybeneficialoutcomesthatcreatesustainablevalueforcustomersand IFCO.




AccountPlanning&Execution; –Ensurethesuccessfuldeliveryofsolutions,coordinatekeycustomeractivities, andprepareimpactfulsalesmeetingswhilemanagingfollow-upactionseffectively.
Stakeholder Communication –Maintaintransparent andproactivecommunicationwithcustomersand internalteams,providingregularupdateson initiatives,opportunities, andaccountdevelopments.
Performance & Pipeline Management – Monitoraccountperformance, managesalesopportunities,maintainaccurateforecasts, andensurestrongvisibilitythroughSalesforce andstructuredsalesmethodologies.
Cross-FunctionalCollaboration – PartnercloselywithAccount Management, Finance, andotherinternalteamstoidentifygrowthopportunities, supportcollections, anddeliveranoutstandingcustomerexperience.
Operational Excellence & Customer Success –Contributetostrategicbusinesstargets,enhancecustomersatisfactionthroughcontinuousimprovementinitiatives, andprovidemeaningfulreportingtocommercialleadership.
