The HR Intern will assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources department. This among others includes:* Recruiting: administrating and running the recruitment process, from ensuring the candidate management system is up to date and running the assessment days;* HR management: assisting in the planning and organisation of overall HR processes together with the other teams,
including updating of HR management systems and employees/lawyers records;* Network: assisting in the planning and organisation of HR network activities (Diversity&Inclusion;, Health&Wellbeing;, agile working, internal events...). Requirements* Degree in Law, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields with excellent academic credentials;* Proficiency level in English;* Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;* Comfortable at prioritising own caseload and dealing with a wide variety of different requests.Technical Skills:This list of duties and responsibilities above is not exhaustive.
